Our theme for 2020 is  ‘A Moment in Time

We are delighted to announce that local artist Mimi Nicholson is this year’s judge. Mimi, who lives and works in Suffolk takes much of her inspiration from our stunning and stimulating scenery. Before studying Fine Art at the University of Brighton, Mimi completed her Art Foundation year at Suffolk New College.

Mimi Nicholson adds “ I am truly touched to be asked to be judge for Young Art East Anglia this year. Suffolk is a unique place to be an artist and it is vital we encourage school children in this way to embrace their creativity and discover their talents. I look forward to seeing the pupil’s creations early next year.”
